What else is needed? The session lasts 1 hour 47 minutes. This time is indivisible. You can do 3 sessions, 5 sessions, 1 session. But each session lasts 1 hour 47 minutes. You can’t spend 5 minutes less, you can’t spend 5 minutes more. The time is clearly 107 minutes.

And headphones. On the one hand, the requirements for headphones are tough, on the other hand, they are very democratic. Neither the brand nor the shape of the headphones matter. The only requirement. Mandatory. The speaker diameter must be at least 40 mm. Can be more. Can’t be less. Even on the best violin, the sound of the double bass cannot be repeated. First. You need to select a phrase. “Audiocatharsis” works only with the pain that you currently have. Hardware psychotherapy does not work with some subconscious pains that you forgot about. Only what exists now. If you feel very bad, you can work without any phrases. Just put on your headphones. And after a few sessions you will feel the improvement.

The number of sessions depends on how bad you felt.

If you decide, with a well-defined fear, to remove a specific problem, then you need to pick up a phrase. How is the phrase chosen? It is very important. Without the right phrase, the effectiveness of “Audiocatharsis” is reduced significantly. The phrase is selected as follows. You are talking about your problem. The way you usually talk about it. For example, I am afraid of heights, I am scared at heights, I get dizzy when I am at a height. Absolutely no difference. But it must be the phrase that YOU use. How to determine how accurately you picked up the phrase.

If you have chosen the phrase correctly, then after a few repetitions (3-5) you will notice that your mood has worsened. And you felt some mental and physical discomfort. Not every person is able to feel physical discomfort. Because most of us live in this state all the time. And we don’t even consider it a discomfort. That it’s not normal. Therefore, focus on your mood. As soon as the mood worsened, everything means that the phrase is chosen correctly.

Before starting a session, you need to register on the site. After registration you get 5 days of free sessions. During this time, you can get rid of at least one of your fears.

After you have picked up a phrase, you put on your headphones. Turn on the player. And hear the buzz. That’s all you need. You listen to the buzz, periodically repeating your chosen phrase. After a while, you will notice that your condition has worsened. You pull out a phrase and your condition worsens. You can stop saying the phrase. Let Audio Catharsis make amends for what you pulled out.

You will notice very quickly that the repetition of your phrase causes less and less discomfort. After a few hours, perhaps even in the first session, you will notice that the phrase has become indifferent to you. You will think that it no longer causes negativity. Keep repeating this phrase. The criterion for sufficiency is a sharp (instant) increase in your mood. You will not confuse this state of happiness with anything. The study of each phrase should end with such an increase in mood.

You can repeat this phrase for 2/3 sessions. Spend the remaining third on Audio Catharsis making amends for what you have already pulled out. You don’t have to repeat anything. Dream about something, meditate. Anything. Make plans.

If after you started repeating the phrase, your condition worsened very much. You can stop repeating the phrase after 2, 3, 5 minutes. And the rest of the time, let Audio Catharsis clean up whatever you pulled out.

How long is the course? It depends on how long you have been suffering from this problem, this fear. On average, for one year of suffering, diseases, it takes from 2 to 4 sessions. If you have been suffering for 10 years, you need at least 20 sessions.

It also depends on how accurately you chose the phrase. Phrases can be divided into “precise” and “general”. For example, “I’m afraid of heights.” This is the exact phrase. “I’m afraid of great heights.” This is a very accurate phrase. If you work with it, you will quickly remove it. But if you say “I’m afraid”, then this is a general phrase. And it includes everything. Height, beetles, spiders, ratio. Anything. That is, everything related to this phrase will be pulled out. And, accordingly, you will pull out a lot of your problems, very strong discomfort. And you will not be able to remove this discomfort in 2-3 sessions.

The more specific the phrase you use, the faster you achieve the effect. You can use several phrases for one problem. After all you describe not one and the same phrase? Several.

Start working on the next fear, the next phrase according to the same algorithm.

Work through one sentence at a time. If during the session you remember more phrases that describe your condition, remember or write them down. Then work on them too. Never work on multiple phrases at the same time. This is fraught with the appearance of severe discomfort, which can last for several sessions and the time between them.

You work with each of these phrases in turn, one at a time. And when you work through all the phrases, this fear will disappear completely and forever.

  • You should hear a steady hum. No clicks, cod should not be. Their presence indicates either too loud sound, or low-quality headphones. There are only two requirements for headphones:
    1) they must be closed
    2) the diameter of the speakers must be at least 40 mm.
  • These parameters are always reflected on the packaging of the headphones. Price and brand are irrelevant. The smaller diameter of the speakers will not allow you to transmit sounds without distortion, which means that there will be no sense from the session. With a headphone speaker diameter of less than 40 mm, you will hear “rustle”, “hiss”. These headphones are not suitable for the session.
  • The volume of the sound should slightly drown out the voice of a calmly speaking man. 40-45 dB. Loud doesn’t mean good.

Mandatory items

1) Purchase headphones with a speaker diameter of at least 40mm. If you violate this paragraph, you will not receive the effect of the session. Even the best violin will not repeat the sound of the double bass.

2) The duration of the session is equal to the duration of the audio track (107 minutes). If you violate this paragraph, you can end the session with a deterioration in your condition. You can listen to the track 2-10 times during the day. But each time the track must be listened to to the end.

3) During the session, active physical activity, sports are prohibited. You can not talk, listen to music, radio, player, computer, TV.

4) During the session, it is allowed to sit, stand, lie down, walk in a quiet place.

Items that are optional

Failure to comply with these points will increase the number of required sessions by 3-5 times.

1) Make sure that during the session there will be no loud sounds around you that interfere with listening to the track. If this point is violated, the effectiveness of the session is reduced by 3-5 times.

2) You can sleep during the session only if it is impossible to fight sleep. If this point is violated, the effectiveness of the session is reduced by 3-5 times.

3) If during the session there are unpleasant sensations, then the session must be completed only after they completely disappear. This usually happens towards the end of the track.

During the session, you will alternately experience drowsiness and alertness. The session must end only in a state of cheerfulness.
